How long has the bike been sitting? What kind of temperatures are you starting it at? Long cranks are not the nrom, but can be caused by stale fuel, a fresh tank or two will fix that, low cranking speed-battery, connections, or heavy engine oil problem. If the price is right, I'd go for it. Max
